90.4% of candidates prefer to work either in a hybrid or exclusively remote model
82.2% of participants emphasized that, when seeking employment, their primary recourse is to Job Boards.
The majority of the participants stated that it is unlikely to apply for a company that has a bad reputation about their working environment (76.9%), as well as their wages and benefits (73.3%).
