Following the trends and needs of the market and the young workforce for constant learning and growth, Atos has designed an induction journey for graduates and/or people with limited professional experience who want to be shaped into the next generation’s top
professionals.
Starting with Gain Your Atos Intern Experience, our internship program runs twice a year, lasts 6 months and enables productive participation in company projects from day one. As everyone’s work is highly valued, the internship is paid.
Interns are onboarded in a well-defined learning and development framework, participating in the tasks of the team, and being guided by an experienced employee, who oversees
day-to-day work, advises the new colleague, and acts as his/her mentor. The mentor
provides training support, prepares the intern for his/her responsibilities, and provides regular feedback.
Since 2017, more than 50 graduates have successfully completed their Internship in Atos Greece. Seventy percent of those and 20 additional people hired straight from the market have successfully completed their Training on the Job and still are valuable partners.
Training on the Job is the next step in Atos. The goals are mastering the necessary technical skills through actual involvement in projects and technologies of interest,
ensuring appropriate training, and guaranteeing one’s development plan, while mentoring remains an important pillar. The employee remains under a wellstructured learning and development plan receiving feedback frequently. After 12 months and the evaluation
of the employee, if the program is successful, our cooperation continues, the salary of the employee is readjusted, and the targets of the current year are set.
