“RiSE to the Challenge” development program
Sunlight Group is an innovation leader in its sector, significantly investing in Research &
Development. As such, Sunlight developed and launched the first incarnation of RiSE to the Challenge: a paid training and employment graduate program in new generation lithium technologies.
The program started in October 2021 and will run for 18 months. Sunlight
company divisions: Lithium R&D, Product Management & Presales. During this process they receive handson training by supporting in projects, engaging with management, and further developing their technical and creative skills.
ReGeneration Academy on Production Engineering, powered by Sunlight
ReGeneration, the largest employment and training program for young graduates in Greece, worked with Sunlight Group to create the 1st ReGeneration Academy on Production Engineering. The Academy’s coursework was designed by ReGeneration and Sunlight, and implemented with the collaboration of Code.Hub and Athens Tech College.
The goal of the initiative was to educate, empower and provide employment opportunities to young graduates of Polytechnic Schools and STEM in the sought after sector of Production Engineering. Launched in November 2021, the Academy received 200+
eligible applications. Following rigorous assessments, 29 brilliant finalists were invited to attend the 140-hour specialized training. Upon completion, they received certifications in both soft and hard professional skills that will enhance their employment opportunities.
