In Conclusion

Regarding the EVP pillar, we observed that most of the companies present information in their website or career site about the company, its vision and their values to potential candidates, while 8 of them (13%) do not have a functional corporate site. Less than 50% of the companies provide career opportunities to Youth; providing students or graduates with Internship positions is helping to establish a better connection among young professionals. In particular, a significant percentage of 6.5% appear to have a Graduate Trainee program, leading to lower levels of graduates’ attraction. Regarding the growth opportunities, the minority of the companies (13 out of 61) provide candidates with information on the career path, while less than half of the companies include information about the benefits they offer which a future candidate would look up to. These facts can significantly decrease their motivation for higher development within the organization, therefore submitting their application. Lastly, less than 30% neither display information about their working conditions nor mention their team of employees (almost 33%), lacking reference to their people whereas the current trends indicate that more and more companies are displaying and promoting campaigns focused on their employees.
