In Conclusion
In B2C companies, almost all of them (27) present through their corporate or career site their vision/values. Additionally, the majority of them (20+) provide information to potential candidates about the company and the benefits they offer. We observed that most of them (17) inform prospective employees about their working conditions a candidate could have if he/she joins these organizations. While more than half the companies make a reference about their teams, just 14 out of 28 companies offer to Youth the opportunity to do an internship there.
