In Conclusion
When it comes to B2B companies, all companies present their vision/values and the majority of them provide information to potential candidates about the company, the team and the benefits they offer. However, only 21 out of the 37 companies inform prospective employees about their working conditions and less than half (17) describe the development opportunities within the organization. Lastly, a relatively more satisfactory number of B2B companies (22) offer to people who are now entering into the job market the opportunity to do their internship.
