In Conclusion

Regarding the EVP pillar, we observed that most of the retail companies present information in their website or career site about the company, its vision and their values to potential candidates. More than 70% of the companies refer to their teams/people of the organization along with the benefits they provide. It’s clear that finding the right talent in this field requires deeper exposure of the human element of the company. At the same time, a little over half of the companies are visualizing their working environment or conditions to a prospective employee, a factor quite important for either remote or hybrid working styles. On the other hand,  29 out of 65 companies are not offering active career opportunities to Youth which is not helping them to establish a better connection among young professionals. Last but not at all least, only half of the companies include information about the growth opportunities they offer which a future candidate would look up to. This can significantly decrease his/her motivation for higher development within the organization, therefore submitting his/her application.
