In Conclusion

The majority of the B2B companies we researched have social media accounts on at least 3 different platforms. LinkedIn and Facebook are the two most preferred ones, followed by Twitter and YouTube. Most companies share content on social media daily or frequently but only 16 of them post content (once per 1-2 weeks) about their people, while not even one B2B company has a channel dedicated to their HR. While less than half of them are presenting their job openings via social media, the majority (35.1% of them) is doing it only on LinkedIn. In that way, candidates who don’t own a LinkedIn account will never have the opportunity to submit their application. Last, but not at all least, 1 out of 6 B2B companies have never posted anything about their employees.
